Our client is the long-established surveying arm of a substantial property group undertaking a broad residential survey and valuation workload across both traditional residential as well as mixed high-value property nationwide.
Unlike many of their counterparts who rely on the traditional “points per day” residential survey and valuation workload, they also act as panel manager for a number of prestigious private banks and as such include a variety of “fee over point” instructions due to the substantial fees achieved for much of their non-mainstream lender work.
As a direct result of venture capitalist investment, renewed contracts and additional panel instruction they are now expanding their operation and are urgently seeking experienced and active MRICS/AssocRICS Valuation Surveyors (holding VRS) to cover the following areas:
- West Midlands
- Bath / Bristol
