They also act as panel manager for well-known high street lenders and as such offer top tiers fees alongside a stable workload; enabling residential surveyors working for our client to enjoy both excellent OTE and a genuine work/life balance.
They are happy to consider AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS residential surveyors experienced in undertaking Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyer Reports (and if able Building Surveys) for the following patches immediately:
• Abergavenny / South Wales
• Chester / Wrexham
• Bradford / Halifax
• Central London
• South West London
• Norfolk (NR)
• Suffolk (IP)
Remuneration for successful residential surveyors will comprise a basic salary between £40-55k (depending on location), an incentivised commission scheme, company car (or allowance), pension, healthcare and a full range of lifestyle / well being benefits.
