My client is a boutique, entrepreneurial consultancy based in Central London who offer a very rewarding bonus structure whilst enabling you to work alongside a variety of key developers and investors within the residential, BTR, student accommodation and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and disposing development opportunities
  • Contacting property/land owners
  • Building up a network of development contacts in the London area
  • Assessing the risk/potential of investments and developments

You ideally will have/be:

  • Experience in an agency/consultancy (sales/land/development related)
  • And understanding of development and investment processes
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills
