An internationally respected, innovative multi-disciplinary construction and building consultancy are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their forward thinking, progressive Birmingham office.

A highly established consultancy with a range of prestigious clients, the successful Building Surveyor will be undertaking a wide variety of building surveying instructions including, but not limited to; pre-acquisition surveys, design & specification writing, contract administration and project management.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you would have the opportunity to develop your career within a consultancy that believes in supporting its employees and assisting them in achieve both their professional and personal goals.

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS or sitting APC in 2019
• Client-facing demeanour
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience within a consultancy environment
• Proven history of taking projects from inception to completion

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

• £32,000 - £42,000
• Performance based bonus
• Car allowance
• 24 days annual leave
