Estates Surveyor requirement to work on on varied public sector portfolio.
Michael Page are partnered with a large public sector client on the East Coast in order to find the most relevant Estates Surveyor for this interim day rate role.
Managing a complex public sector property portfolio including: commercial properties, shops, workshops, and ground rented properties.
Carry out rent review and lease renewal negotiations, marketing vacant properties, negotiating lease terms, rent arrears recovery, and lease enforcement
Managing the rolling programme of asset valuations and provide valuations and property related advice
Advising on property valuation issues
Managing acquisitions of land and property as required, and maintaining the Asset Register
Carrying out options and development appraisals and feasibility studies in respect of properties and property related projects
Provide a comprehensive asset and property management service for a large and varied portfolio currently valued at in excess of £1 billion
The successful candidate for the Estates Surveyor post will:
MRICS - Required
Have strong landlord and tenant knowledge
Have Strong property management experience
Be able to managing outsourcing of RR/LR
Be able to prioritise and a problem solver
£300 per day
