Development Manager – Council – Hertfordshire – 6 Months - £400

My Local Authority Client is currently looking for an interim Development Manager to deliver a number of mixed-use development projects. They are looking for someone who can interview in next couple of weeks.

Skills/Requirements:

• Liaise between the Council and Developers on a number of Mixed-Use Development schemes worth over £25m.
• They are looking for an experienced development manager who has worked on both commercial and residential projects at Council level.
• You will have to deal with a variety of different stakeholders and demonstrate experience on this.
• Be involved in financial appraisals and lease propositions.
• Oversee feasibility appraisals for a number of schemes.
