Your new company
Your new company are successfully carving themselves a piece of the North West Surveying industry replicating there success in the London area. They operate across a range of sectors including residential and commercial - covering party wall, dilapidation's, housing disrepair/home inspections or refurbishment/conversion projects.

Your new role
In your new role you will largely be undertaking home inspections covering housing disrepair - two days a week you will be undertaking inspections (around 8) and the other three days you will be home based report writing, so you will get great flexibility in the workplace and a good work/life balance. You will work largely covering the Greater Manchester region with the occasional survey across the Pennines in Yorkshire, with one/two days a month in the Liverpool office to ensure good communication.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will be MRICS Chartered, preferable with experience in a similar role. As the role requires travel it is also important that you drive and ideally have your own form of transport. The role also involves tenant facing so it is important that you are personable and a good communicator.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get a competitive rate of pay of Circa £300 per day dependant on experience/qualifications. Alongside this you will be given autonomy in the workplace, and the flexibility to work from home when not undertaking inspections.
