Senior Quantity Surveyor, Surrey
A top 50 Quantity Surveying practice, who recently secured a large framework agreement, is seeking to significantly expand and require a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit team in Epsom, Surrey.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running multiple projects with the public sector including a range of education, housing, and leisure schemes valuing up to £25m.
An office based role with projects across Surrey, Kent, and Wokingham.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Within a commutable distance of Epsom
- BSc or MSc in a QS related degree
- Articulate and professional
- Education or public sector experience is preferred
- Driving licence
