Our client is an established private equity house based in London and has a newly-created arm to their business focussed on providing privately backed funding for homebuyers in the residential sector.
They are looking to grow a team from 4 to 8 people this year and triple the team size next year so this is a fantatsic chance to be part of growth from the company’s inception.
This newly-created role will focus on managing external valuers from consultancies and setting up procedures and systems in respect of incoming residential valuations. In addition, you will liaise with brokers, consultants, lawyers and be the main point of contact for all matters property-related. You will also price units and set up and maintain systems including building and maintaining cashflows for pricing and assist with transactions management and loan asset management.

To be considered for this role, you must have 2-5 years’ PQE with emphasis on Residential Valuations. In addition, you will have a bright and “can-do” attitude with the ability to be flexible and be involved in aspects from time-to-time that may not be in your job description as would be expected from a start-up environment such as operational matters.
Candidates who can demonstrate a real passion for the affordable housing sector will be highly preferred for this role.
