Assistant Development Manager, Residential Developer, Cambridge, up to £40,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Benefits

Our client, one of the UK's leading residential developers are looking to add to their strong and established Development team with the addition of a Development Graduate to help supervise the procurement and construction of development schemes within the business remit. You will be responsible for ensuring all development schemes adhere to pre-agreed design/quality standards, specification, budget costs and agreed programmes.

Based out of the Cambridge offices you will work with the Development team to liaise with contractors, employer's agents and consultants to ensure that a high standard of workmanship is delivered on all development projects. You will work with appointed employer's agent to provide clear client side instructions or change requests to inform design (subject to form of contract) and carry out site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure all workmanship is undertaken to the required standard and in accordance with the contract documents and statutory requirements.
