My client based in Sussex is looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to assist the team leader in all aspects of commercial and operational property management. You will be joining a great team in an area that is quickly developing.

Your Role:

  • Lease management covering a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters
  • Identifying new opportunities to maximise income through the portfolio
  • To lead or assist valuations and undertake negotiations for the acquisition and disposal of land and property interests
  • To undertake lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews for the portfolio
  • Deliver/assist in the delivery of development sites and opportunities to secure capital receipts

About You:

  • You will be at an advantage if you have an RICS accredited degree / MRICS
  • It is preferred if you have a valid driving licence
  • It is desirable if you can demonstrate a knowledge in property management and the landlord and tenant act

What this role will offer you:

  • You will be given a car allowance of £1,239
  • Flexibility can be offered for exceptional candidates
  • 30 days annual leave
