Acquisition / Development Manager

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for an Acquisition / Development Manager to work for our Care Home specialist client based in Glasgow.

The role would require prior experience in the Glasgow Residential market as the role will predominantly involve refurbishing residential properties to make them fit for purpose for the client and inspectorates' requirements.

The client has plans to double their property portfolio over the next 12 months so this is a fantastic time to join a thriving business.


Key Responsibilities

• Identifying new acquisitions
• Managing the whole purchase process
• Planning the refurb and preparing a budget
• Managing all planning application aspects
• Managing the refurbishment and associated costs
• Managing the maintenance resource of the portfolio

On Offer

• The salary for this exclusive position ranges is up to £50,000 depending on experience.
• Discretionary Performance Related Bonus
• Pension
