Valuation Surveyor

I am currently collaborating with a leading international consultancy for a Valuation Surveyor position based in Cambridge. They are looking at individuals at Surveyor/Senior Surveyor level, however they are open to considering applicants who are soon to be qualified.

You will be conducting valuations and providing valuation advisory services for secured lenders, banks, property lenders and small and large developers. Whilst you will be based in the Cambridge office, the area in which the team focuses on stretches across the eastern region.

Key elements of the role include but are not limited to:

• Valuation and advisory services - covering all assets (commercial investment, residential investment, and development)

• Develop and manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis to a high standard

• Identification of new business opportunities

• Preparation of standard reports and valuations

The successful applicant will be an MRICS registered valuer, or soon to be qualified. You will also be highly client facing with excellent communication skills. You will be a confident individual with the ability to adapt to different clients.
