Client side Property & Asset Manager

My client is a privately-owned Investment Management business, specialising in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Management. They currently have a requirement for a professional and dynamic Property and Asset Manager to join their Commercial Team.

The business is a highly established family-run firm which has an excellent reputation. They also benefit from great financial stability, this coupled with their strategic business acumen allows the company to experience year on year growth and to continually strengthen their portfolio.

You will be working within a small close knit team of like minded individuals and reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Management. You will be covering a mixed portfolio, giving you great variety in your day to day activity. Assets include, industrial, retail, office and residential - on a national scale.

Key elements of the role include but are not limited to:

• Management and set up of new instructions and portfolios
• Client liaison and management
• Lease management
• Tenant management
• Managing of service charge and budgets
• Business development and management of existing relationships
• Seeking opportunities to increase value of assets

The successful applicant will be a qualified Property Management Surveyor with at least two years commercial property management experience and confident in L&T practice.

This is a great opportunity to work occupier side and will be based in their North London offices. They are due to move into a brand new space, within the same area.
