Project Manager - Construction
An independent and well-established construction consultancy, situated in Cambridge are seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding Cambridge office, following a successful major project bid.
A Construction Consultancy, small enough to care for their staff but big enough to have a significant impact on the industry, who specialise in a variety of sectors, but especially:
Working in the private and Public sector and with a strong pipeline for 2019 and beyond.
The Project Manager role involves managing the successful implementation and delivery of projects. The projects will be delivered on time, to a high quality and within the specified budget. The successful Project Manager will be delivering specialist services across the post-contract phase.
The Project Manager
As the Project Manager, you will ideally have 2+ years Project Management experience and aspiring to MRICS or MAPM and have a proven track record of working in multiple sectors, as well as:
- Client facing, well presented and articulate
- Relevant experience working as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment
- Up to £50,000
- Contributory Pension
PLEASE NOTE: This role will only be suitable for someone with current or extremely recent UK Construction experience working for a Consultancy and MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE.
