Building Surveyor - MRICS + 2 Years PQE

An excellent opportunity has come up for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level) with an amazing company based in the West End.

The company is a large national company that are experiencing significant growth through development and acquisition, both in the London team and across the UK. With over 30 offices they deliver a range of services to some of the largest companies and institutions there are. You will always have wide ranging and interesting workload, and at times you’ll be working on some of the most prestigious buildings in London.

The Building Surveying team has 10 Surveyors in the West End office, and individual growth and development are something that the company are looking towards too – Its not just the business they want to make bigger and better! Many of the surveying colleagues have been with the company for many years, and this company remains an LLP, meaning in time the opportunity is there for you to become an equity partner too.

This is a ‘generalist’ Building Surveying role with a good mix of project and professional work. To be eligible for this role you must be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with at least 2 years PQE. Additionally, you must be self-motivated with a strong knowledge of main Building Surveying activities. In addition to this you will need excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team.

In exchange for this there is an excellent salary of up to £50k + benefits + generous bonus.
