Assistant Project Manager

Our clients are a well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent & Building Surveying services on a wide variety of projects across multiple market sectors. As they continue to grow, they are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Central London. 

They're ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months experience in a consultancy environment to join their team working predominately on Residential projects throughout London. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established consultancy where you will be working closely with a Senior PM with excellent hands on training and mentoring with genuine career progression prospects to further develop within the company.

Requirements:

- BSc Construction Management degree (or similar)
- Minimum 12 months project management experience in a consultancy environment
- Experience in the Residential sector is desirable but not essential
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK drivers licence
