Party Wall Surveyor

Due to several recent commissions and an overall increase in workload my client is looking to increase their surveying team based in London and have a requirement for a Party Wall Surveyor. 

You will be part of a wider team who offer architectural consultancy, project management and surveying services. This company offer genuine career development.

The ideal candidate will ideally be:

> MRICS qualified but is not essential 
> 3 years of experience in a similar role primarily Party Wall work
> Experience working within a consultancy on residential and commercial projects. 
> Experience executing party wall procedures under the Party Wall Act and other neighbourly matters. 

You will also be involved with representing and guiding the client throughout the process including informing them of their responsibilities, serving notices, completing schedule of conditions, preparing the awards and all other requirements in accordance with procedure. 

A good knowledge of CAD is desirable but training can be provided. Business Development is also a key part of the role with the rest of the team assisting with overall company growth where you will be rewarded as a part of the team.
