The Role

Your new role will have a bias towards valuations, whilst also providing high quality property management to clients; from day to day activities to financial control whilst developing asset strategies with clients.

Acting as the main contact, you will deliver commercial valuations, client reporting, tenant liaison, incoming monitoring and value-add asset management.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified Surveyor with experience in commercial valuations.  Whilst the requirement would suit a RICS Registered Valuer, this opportunity is also open to those with relevant experience in this area.
