One of the large international real estate consultancies in the region is looking to recruit a Healthcare / Education specialist into their development advisory team, at Director level.

In this senior role, the successful candidate would be expected to have a background / specialism in the Healthcare / Education sectors with experience in Operator search for hospitals / schools, Feasibility studies for hospitals / schools, Market analysis and gap analysis for healthcare services (example: orthopedic / cardiology / oncology / etc), Market analysis and gap analysis for education programs (international program / British curriculum / American curriculum / Indian curriculum / French curriculum etc) as well as being competent in business development and bringing new business into the department.
