Senior Property Management Surveyor

We’re looking for an RICS qualified Senior Property Manager to join our team within the Estate Management and Valuation Department of our well-regarded multi-disciplined practice. 

The surveyor must have 5+ years’ experience of co-ordinating and delivering professional, predominantly commercial, property management services to clients.  Additional knowledge of negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals or Red Book and statutory valuations would be beneficial.

You will be responsible for interesting and varied instructions on behalf of corporate clients, investors and individuals.  A high quality of reporting and client liaison is expected but you will be fully supported by the immediate team and the wider firm working from our modern offices opposite Harlow Town Station, Liverpool Street to Cambridge mainline.
