Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

About the company and Senior Quantity Surveyor role

This construction consultancy has over 40 years experience in a wide range of sectors.  Their office in the West End of London is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their already successful team and undertake a range of high-end residential, commercial, retail, and hotel projects.

You will be leading your own projects.  You will be working on a range of private high-end residential, commercial, mixed use, and retail projects so experience within some or all of these sectors is required.   You will be client facing and ambitious looking to develop your career. You will be willing to help more junior Quantity Surveyors.  You will be looking to progress your career to the next level.  You will have a work hard attitude but will expect to be equally rewarded

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor

Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors is an advantage but not essential

Multiple years experience leading your own projects through to completion

Comprehensive knowledge of Cost Management  

Good communication and client facing skills
