Joshua Robert are currently working with a national property business who are recruiting for Wayleaves and Land Rights Officers in the South West.

The business, who are a consultancy to some of the UK’s largest utilities providers and infrastructure developers are going through a sustained period of growth and are recruiting Wayleaves / Land Rights Officers to:

Negotiate access and compensations with landowners, delivering access advice to a range of utilities / infrastructure clients, acting as liaison between landowner and client, land referencing and negotiating rights.

Candidates will be considered from either a commercial or a rural background, you will not necessarily have experience across the whole spectrum of utilities and may specialise in one particular area, you will however have experience in land referencing, negotiating land rights and dealing with compensation claims.
