The company are a leader in Building Surveying, Party Wall and Rights of Light matters. They work in partnership with investors, developers, owners and tenants. The company work a huge variety of projects in both commercial and residential. This is a family company where everyone is made to feel like they are a part of it. With history dating back to the late 1700s this company has centuries of expertise to call upon. The desire of the company is to build on its already known industry-leading specialism and spread this from Central London, Greater London out to other major cities within the UK.

The London office has 20 employees and is looking to continue its recent growth where they have opened offices in other UK locations. You will be actively encouraged to share your thoughts and add any value possible to the company. Because of this you will enjoy a working environment that’s refreshing, exciting and dynamic. You will also have the opportunity for career progression towards Director level in the future (if this is the career path you want)

This role is for an industry specialist in Rights of Light, you will be part of the team that deals with all Rights of Light matters. You will be allocated a varied and interesting workload and will be responsible for your own clients.
