A progressive, industry leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy that are highly established across the UK, are looking to bring on a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their forward-thinking ambitious team in Birmingham.

The consultancy work across a broad range of instructions, including a variety of both project and professional services and as such the successful Chartered Building Surveyor would be expected to undertake a wide selection of instructions including; contract administration, development monitoring, dilapidations, building pathology and many other instructions.

As the successful Chartered Building Surveyor you would be predominantly working off your own initiative, and representing the consultancy to clients as a key point of contact through out instructions life-cycles.

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project)
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving license

In Return, The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will receive;

• £35,000 - £45,000
