Building Maintenance Surveyor on a 3 month plus temporary contract

You will be working for a public sector organisation who are based in the Essex region.

Your new role
The Building Maintenance Surveyor will be part of a team to successfully deliver projects supporting a social housing provider. You will carry out pre and post inspections of properties to identify any defects and future works required ensuring all repairs have been carried out to a high standard and that compliance has been met.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a related role and ideally within a social housing environment. You will need excellent knowledge of building regulations and compliance.
