Associate Director

A superb opportunity for an associate director, who is looking to move to director/partner, has developed at a small construction consultancy in London.

About the client; 

The business provides a full range of project management and consultancy services to developers, institutions, landlords and occupiers. Typically, projects range from £500k to £20m which comprises of commercial new build, retail, hotels, CAT A+B and heritage schemes.

About the role;

Due to growth and the potential opening of a new office the associate director will slot in as a no.2 to the current project management director. As a no.2 you will naturally be involved with work winning, developing revenue streams with current clients and taking ownership on delivery of key projects.

About you;

In a perfect world you will be the work winner within your current organisation, have responsibility over a team of project managers and delivered multiple projects from cradle to grave.

Compensation; 

In return you will be rewarded with;

• Salary of between £75,000 to £90,000
• Bonus
• Pension
• Healthcare
