If you are an intermediate / project QS, tired of working in a corporate office environment and would like a clear career path to Senior QS and above, our client with offices in Hertfordshire & London has a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
You will have the option to be based in either the London or Hertfordshire office, whichever is your preference; our client is very flexible.
Our client works across the high end residential and luxury retail sectors for private clients as their main focus but also commercial office and more.
They offer a nurturing and supportive environment for QS's to progress and develop professionally while still allowing you to have autonomy over your own projects and clients
Desirables
- Experience managing and delivering your own projects
- MRICS or working toward - our client provides excellent APC support
- A desire to work across a mix of sectors
- Consultancy experience
- Experience within the residential, retail, commercial, leisure sectors rather than civils / infrastructure
- Keen for the opportunity to travel - our client has some projects across Europe so this may be needed every once in a while
- Enjoys working in a non-corporate environment while still providing an excellent service and delivering schemes on time and in budget
- A few years experience in a QS role previously
