Interim Valuation Surveyor
My client has a varied portfolio of property assets across South & Central England, the total asset value is £1 billion and the commercial assets generate a net income of £15 million per annum. Their assets are a mix of industrial, retail, offices, leisure (hotels and golf courses), agricultural and alternatives.
This role is to lead and undertake the organisations valuation function; you will be required to produce and countersign complex valuations of land and property, as well as producing the annual valuation certificate. Alongside this you will need to support and supervise your colleagues on all property matters, so good knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant work is essential.
You need to be MRICS and have Registered Valuer status, or be capable of achieving this.
Please note, you will be required drive so you'll need a valid driving licence (pool vehicles are available).
