The Role: Fantastic opportunity for Senior Project Managers with a consultancy or client-side background to join a thriving consultancy within their Central London team. My client will consider mid-level Project Managers too - as long as you have experience within the full project life-cycle.

Team meetings on Mondays and Fridays ideally, chance to touch base and bounce ideas off each other - the rest of the week is yours to schedule how you see appropriate. Looking to double the headcount within the next two-four years.

One Office: Central London

Head Count: 20 = 5 Partners / 3 Project Directors / 2 Senior Project Managers / 10 Project Managers

Services: Portfolio Management / Programme Management / Project Management

Current Sectors: Education (Higher) / Healthcare (Clinics & Labs) / Commercial / Residential

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

Ideally Previous Project Involvement in:
oHealthcare (private & public)
oEducation
oCommercial
oResidential
Acting as interface with Fund Monitors, on behalf of Developers

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Project Manager:

3-4 years' experience (minimum)
Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery


Remuneration Package for the Senior Project Manager:

·Salary Highly competitive dependent on qualifications and experience
