THE JOB

• Carrying out general estates management on ONE portfolio
• The properties are mainly a portfolio of retail properties for a client that has a global presence and is expanding.
• Working with your team to ensure that the financial side of property management is all in hand, including rent payments, arrears, budgets for FM/Maintenance
• Reviewing the portfolio to find and create value in optimisation
• Checking the quality of the leases that are present
• Analysing the financial performance of the portfolio and strategising a way forward that is in line with the companies goals.
• Assisting with disposals

THE PERSON

• MRICS
• A proven track record in commercial property management including a thorough knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954.
• High levels of occupier experience
• Able to demonstrate financial and commercial nous on a mixed used portfolio.
• Experience within a global company would be useful.
• Client side experience highly valued
• Skilled in Project Management, Negotiation, Change Management and Financial Analysis

This role is more than just a property management role, this is truly a chance to get involved in what is practically an Asset Management role for a client. You will also effectively be client side "lite", your close knit team do the work hands on work.
