Estates Surveyor opportunity in Essex

Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a local authority in Essex as their Estates Surveyor. You will be working with a forward-thinking organisation with a varied commercial property portfolio. The Estates department consists of experiences surveyors who are committed to maximising the income of the property portfolio.

Your new role
As the Estates Surveyor you will provide asset management advice including landlord and tenant matters, development and portfolio valuations. You will play a key role in identifying asset management opportunities in their investment portfolio and delivering regeneration projects. You will advise on the day to day management of the assets including reducing running costs.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for the Estates Surveyor role you will need to be either a Chartered General Practice Surveyor or in the final stages of your APC. Experience working with commercial property is essential.
