Senior Surveyor - General Practice

• Competitive salary at up to Senior Surveyor level - up to £50k plus bonuses

THE ROLE

• Working within a team that specialises in the Leisure sector
• Carrying out multidisciplinary work within the sector including Valuation, Lease Advisory and Rating, and more if you are able to
• Working with interesting properties such as Casinos, Gyms, Pubs and other specialist properties

THE PERSON

• MRICS or close to qualification
• Experience in Valuation will be strongly regarded, but general practice experience with a willingness to learn the other fields will also be considered
• Well organised and able to prioritise your workload
• Client facing aptitude
• An analytical and process driven individual
• Willingness to collaborate with your immediate and wider team
