Sensational Opportunity for an Associate Chartered Surveyor to join a well-established Agency and Development team based in Edinburgh!

The opportunity presented is with a multi-award winning firm of chartered surveyors who Conrad Consulting have had the pleasure of working exclusively with on this role.

About your new company:

The property world is a busy one and growing once again, but my clients make sure to find time to look out from under the surveys and plans to have a bit of fun while they help others!

This property consultancy have 6 offices based across the North of the UK, but you will be based in their headquarters in Edinburgh, working closely in a team of 8 professionals, which includes: 5 partners, 2 Associates and a graduate surveyor.

They specialise across a wide range of property services from; Asset management, Building Surveying, Development advice, Property Management, Planning & Research, Project Management and Valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advice to clients on all aspects of commercial agency, with a focus on the disposal (sales & lettings) and acquisition of office premises.
Expand the office agency offer within the firm - working alongside the Investment & wider commercial property teams.
To service client instructions as delegated by Edinburgh Offices Partner
Identify and procure new business opportunities
To supervise the work of Surveyors and trainees

Person Specification/requirement:

Have extensive experience within the public and private sectors, specialising in development and agency instructions.
Membership of RICS (Commercial Property Pathway)
Ability to identify and nurture new business opportunities
Experience in the Edinburgh and Central Scottish Commercial Property Market
Willingness to act on own initiative and accept responsibility with a strong focus on professional skills and integrity
Ideally you will have at least 5/6 years' post qualification experience

What you will get in return:

Salary between £47,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 car allowance
10% pension contribution
