Graduate Building Surveyor

The Company

We are excited to be recruiting for a leading property consultancy, to be based from their office in Gloucestershire.

With a strong client base of highly established and PLC commercial clients across the UK, the business provides a full service across estates, property management and building surveying.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate wanting to kick start their career in building surveying. With ongoing training, support and development, you will have exposure to a varied portfolio of projects across the UK.

The Role

The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide range of commercial projects of varying sizes, both locally and UK wide.  Working alongside an experienced Director and Building Surveyor, your new role will involve assisting with the following:

• Preparation of Schedules of Condition
• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Planned maintenance
• Assisting with the delivery of instructions throughout dilapidations
• Other ad hoc duties across the team

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated graduate with a strong interest in Building Surveying.  You will have completed a relevant degree, and now be looking to specialise in building surveying alongside studying your APC.
