This well-known construction consultancy is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on high-end residential and commercial projects. They have been in business for over 20 years, undertaking Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, and Bank Monitoring for a range of leading clients. About the opportunity:

They work on a wide range of projects that comprise multimillion-pound private residential, large high-end residential apartments, commercial offices, mix-use, and smaller projects such as luxury car showrooms. 

Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

Consultancy background with similar project experience

Confident and client-facing.
