Job Details
A privately-owned consultancy who operate within the industrial and logistics sector is looking to appoint an assistant project manager in London.
About the client;
The client currently sits at forty strong across three UK offices with their main service offering being project and cost management and building surveying. Typically, schemes range from £1m to £50m be that within industrial and logistics, commercial fit-out and residential. Clients include developer/end users and institutional investors.
About the role;
As an assistant project manager, you will be involved but not limited to; recommending appropriate procurement routes and suitable contractors to clients, responsibility for all client, and project team communications and ongoing relationships to help sustain repeat business, have full autonomy on projects.
About you;
You need to be open to travel as the role will see you, not extensively, meeting clients across the UK. Being chartered is ideal but not a must however having experience within the aforementioned sectors is highly desirable.
