Your skills - Project Manager - Commercial fit-out
- You will have experience working on commercial and retail projects and have the capability to take on major fit-outs and refurbishments of £20million+.
- You are strong client facing communicator who can deliver to corporate end user clients, retailers and developers.
- You are capable and proactive with a strong base of knowledge within the industry and sector.
- You want to push yourself but are also a strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- You will have a Construction Management or related degree and be professionally MRICS/CIOB/MICE accredited.
