The Role: Unique opportunity for an ambitious Senior Project Manager to join a thriving consultancy, with the prospect of taking over the business from the current Director over the next two - three years.

The Client: "There are loads of good Project Managers around. I ask my staff to focus on showing their personality to clients, that's why we do so well against the corporate giants."

Environment: Family orientated company with a 2019 outlook on work, which allows the team to manage their own diaries / workload. Help of course, is available. Director says he can go two weeks without seeing his staff as he "completely trust them to get the job done."

Two Offices: Central London & West London

Head Count: 12 - Project Managers of various levels

Services: Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Employers Agent & Contract Administration, Building Search & Acquisition and Change Management

Current Sectors: Commercial / Residential

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

Ideally Previous Project Involvement in:
oCommercial (office fit-outs)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Project Manager:

5-6 years' experience (minimum)
Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery
MRICS or MCIOB qualification

Salary: competitive based on market, professional experience and qualifications
