Senior Quantity Surveyor

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required by an established construction consultancy in London Bridge.

The role:

A fantastic opportunity has been created for a senior quantity surveyor to join an established construction consultancy in London Bridge. The business provides key client advisory services through cost, health & safety and project related services within the built environment. Clients are typical mid to larger developers, investors and landed estates, with projects currently being delivered up to £87 million.

The team are close knit, supporting each other in every day conundrums and working with each other to develop/ strengthen the service offering. They work in an autonomous and flexible manner, using the offices as a  base and working from home as needed. 

This role has been created to free up an associate director from an ever-burgeoning workload. Current projects to take on are a £25 million residential scheme going through tender, an office refurbishment and a mixed -use development.

About you:

You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying. It is anticipated that you will be MRICS or have a solid track record in delivery and desire to complete your APC . Experience of working in private practice and in residential or commercial is essential.

You will be paid a very competitive salary, provided full benefits and a bonus dependant on individual and company performance, 25 days holiday and cpd. The firm will enable you to take the next step in your career and support your professional development. You will be a key part for helping this Associate develop his team, capability and service offering. You will be provided a platform to develop to Associate and being given close support to achieve this.
