An exciting opportunity to join the fast expanding London based Building Surveying team for this long established, internal company. This organisation delivers a variety of consultancy services to a diverse client base. They put a lot of emphasis on staff training and development to ensure an unrivalled service.

Your new role
You will provide guidance, support and technical expertise to other members of the team and ensure the growth of their professional services, including dilapidations and party wall matters. You will work on large and complex projects and undertake a wide range of building surveying duties, whilst acting as the primary interface with their key clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a full member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with a minimum of three years PQE and have extensive experience with professional building surveying services. Overall you will possess a sound technical knowledge, be commercially minded, and comfortable in a client-facing environment.
