We recruit for the top building consultancy firms in New Zealand, and are highly experienced in placing motivated, mobile Building Surveyors into NZ.
Our client is a leading RICS accredited building consultancy and recent winner of the RICS team of the year, with a network of offices across NZ. They have in depth expertise across all key disciplines including; Building Surveying, Architecture, Project Management and Quantity Surveying. As a team of industry experts they provide technical advice on building and property matters to every sector of business across New Zealand. They encourage staff development, and reward performance.
That said, it’s not all about work. Their team is truly diverse, employing team members from all different backgrounds and corners of the world (and they embrace it). They are a regular appearance at inter-company sports events, tournaments, industry events and of course Friday drinks.
As a high performing business, they are growing and on offer is the opportunity to live and work in a new country, without sacrificing your career. Building Surveying in NZ is highly transferable from the UK, with the key differences centering around; local codes and regulations, weathertightness remediation, seismic design.
They are seeking motivated Building Surveyors with 3+ years post graduate experience, and on the pathway towards their APC. Ideally you will have had broad exposure to different service streams within commercial building surveying, across a range of different building types.
This is an idyllic opportunity to live and work in New Zealand, whilst being trained and mentored towards your chartership. This role will be filled fast, so get in touch with us on email today to find out more.
