Up to £45,000 salary + bonus

An excellent career opportunity for a driven and autonomous Quantity Surveyor to join a highly successful Blue Chip property developer in Manchester to focus and support the project, cost management and delivery of schemes in their existing portfolio.

As a Quantity Surveyor you will demonstrate a track record in residential development and construction, cost managing schemes from feasibility, pre contract stage through the construction cycle. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager and gain excellent exposure and responsibility that will be truly rewarded for your efforts upon meeting development and project milestones.

It is envisaged that the preferred candidate will have a construction/Quantity Surveying related degree and have at least 5 years expereince, having previously worked for a cost or project management consultancy/ Main Contractor or client side developer. You will be either working in a Cost manager, Project Quantity Surveyor or PQS role with exposure to front end development or construction on live projects.
