An excellent client side career opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Commercial Manager with both a front end and delivery expertise in property development and regeneration to join a diverse, and innovative property development consultancy in Manchester to be responsible from cradle to grave of exciting regeneration and development schemes, with real scale and complexity.

In this role you will be working on schemes from early stage concept feasibility and masterplanning through the full development cycle, gaining excellent exposure across all development finance and investment as well as delivery aspects of managing schemes across all cost management through construction phases. You will also be responsible for strong management of multiple stakeholders in order to deliver the residential and mixed use regeneration projects within their portfolio.

Candidates with a track record of property development and regeneration in commercial finance and cost management; working on schemes through the development cycle to the delivery of schemes through construction phase are of strong interest. A hands on attitude of management and delivery of projects through construction. Also can demonstrate a strong and competent technical knowledge of JCT Design and build contracts.

In your career, you may be working in positions such as Senior Surveyor, Commercial Manager, working for a consultancy, Property Developer, Propco client side business already; working on real estate schemes of medium-large quantum delivering residential and mixed use regeneration projects.
