Job Details
Our Client: Award winning multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy.
Projects: Education, Healthcare and Public Sector.
Company Headcount: 100 - 200
Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Experience of writing building condition reports and schedules of conditio
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of contract administration, defect diagnosis and planned maintenance schedules
