Valuation Surveyor Residential Investment

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading property consultancy based in the West End. Working directly with the Director you will become a key member of the valuation team and your role will primarily focus on the residential valuation work that arises within it.

You will be joining a highly successful team who have created an enjoyable working environment, regularly attending networking events and going on team social events.

The valuation work you will undertake will be for a range of purposes including bank lending, accounting, investment, leasehold reform and litigation. Within this role you will value single dwellings primarily within Central and Greater London. In addition, you will value diverse residential investment portfolios with a wide variety of rental values.

The successful individual will be highly competent and able to communicate with high net worth individuals, major lenders and residential developers.

Key Skills and Experience

In terms of experience we require a Registered Valuer and MRICS chartered surveyor with either commercial valuation experience who desires to forge their career into this area, or alternatively a valuation surveyor with a residential focus that already has experience in the specific areas described above.
