General Practice Surveyor – Associate Director
A medium sized RICS accredited Chartered Surveying Practice with offices located throughout London and the South are looking for a General Practice Surveyor to join their London office. The role will be working within the Professional Services team reporting to the Partner.
As an Associate Director within the team you will be working in a team of four surveyors with additional support staff. You will work across a range of commercial property types and your workload will be varied including advising clients on lease renewals, rent reviews, undertaking red book valuations for a range of purposes, development advice and other ad hoc duties. Alongside managing your own workload you will also work closely with the Partner in further developing the current client based.
If you are proven Associate Director or an ambitious Senior Surveyor who is looking to take a step up, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a meritocratic independent Partnership who have a track record of promoting talent within their business.
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS Chartered Surveyor with post qualification experience. You will have experience within professional work including valuation and landlord and tenant work.
