Management Surveyor (Associate) - Occupier Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished surveyor to join the Occupier Services team of a highly regarded property consultancy based in London. This pivotal role will be responsible for the Estates Management of the company’s largest client; whose nationwide portfolio includes commercial, residential and agriculture assets.

Working alongside the Director you will gain significant client exposure. As well as providing effective general estate management you will and be responsible for identifying and implementing value add initiatives across the portfolio.  This broad role will cover a range of areas including; landlord and tenant liaison, client stakeholder management and transactional work.  The position will be supported by two direct reports.

The ideal candidate could come from either a property management or an estates management background. Candidates may already be operating at an Associate Director level or could be at a Senior Surveyor level and looking to take a step up and take on additional responsibilities. The key to success in this position is both the ability to operate at high level providing a first rate service along with possessing a flexible and adaptable approach.
