Job Details
Would you like to have a caseload of one application? If so we have a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients, a forward thinking Local Authority, who are looking for a planner to lead on a major project. The project would involve the addition of 6,000 new residential units to the area together with relevant community infrastructure and commercial properties.
The council offers a relocation package, however is commutable from North London and you will be rewarded with an industry leading package. Our client also offers a great degree of flexibility through home working or compressed hours.
In return, the LPA are looking for a planner that has worked on major developments, ideally outside of London. Previous Local Authority experience is desirable but not essential.
