A client-focused, international property and construction consultancy that operate across the UK are currently looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their thriving Bristol office.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working with a diverse range of prestigious clients ranging from blue-chip organisations through to blue light organisations undertaking a large variety of instructions including; contract administration, project management, dilapidations, design and specification writing and more.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join a progressive, forward thinking international consultancy with a desire to provide the best possible service to their clients with excellent progression routes for the successful Building Surveyor.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• Ideally MRICS or MCIOB with relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership experience is advantageous
• Client-facing demeanour

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;

• £38,000 - £45,000
• Performance based bonus
